Carefully pack your VisioEar items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Item
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
